Jenya Chernoff

-NDT West Founder

Jenya Chernoff lives and works as a photographer in Oakland, CA. Her passion for Natural Dog Training began in 2010 when she traveled to Kevin Behan’s farm in Vermont to work with her first dog; since then the study of Natural Dog Training has been a decade-long pursuit.

Sang Koh

-NDT West Founder

Sang lives and works in the Seattle area. He first started studying NDT after he adopted an aggressive dog in 2005, eventually traveling to Vermont to study with Kevin Behan in 2009. He continues to practice and study Natural Dog Training to this day.

Annie Kaplan

Annie lives and practices NDT on her horse farm outside Portland, OR with Cassie, her rescued Border Collie. She came across Natural Dog Training in 2012 while looking for a better way to solve problem behaviors and build connection with her first dog Jake. Since then she has been a continued student of NDT, including hosting the 2014 Quantum Canine seminar on her property.

Willem Larsen

Willem is a wildlife and Search and Rescue tracker living and teaching with his family and cat in Portland, OR. He came to approach Immediate Moment Theory through the lens of tracking as a way to better understand animal behavior and the impact of movement on the living earth. Author of the Language Hunter’s Kit and co-author of 5 Rules for Accelerated Learning, he is the founder of the Language Hunters non-profit organization dedicated to sparking a renaissance in how communities of practice learn together in technology, language, science, and music.
